Auction Terms and Conditions: For full set of Auction Terms and Conditions and the proposed Purchase Agreement, see the documents attached in Associated Documents.  Parcels to be offered through Multi-Parcel Auction format.  No Buyer’s Premium charged.  High bidder for each parcel at conclusion of auction will be required to sign Purchase Agreement and Earnest Money Receipt and deposit 10% of the purchase price as earnest money.  Sale is subject to confirmation.  Buyer to take title with any and all encroachments, encumbrances, or defects in title.  Closing to occur no later than May 1, 2019.
