Earnest money is NON REFUNDABLE if the Buyer fails to close on their part.

ACCEPTANCE OF BID PRICES: Bidders will be required to complete a Wisconsin Offer to Purchase at the Auction site immediately following the close of the Auction. Sale is subject to approval by the Family.

BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 2.5% Buyers Premium added to all high bids to determine final selling price.

CLOSING: Sellers will provide an Owners Title Insurance policy and Warranty Deed. Balance of purchase price for parcel or parcels will be due at closing which is expected to take place sometime in March. 1031 Land Exchanges will be accepted, however, any additional charges with Title Co. shall be the expense of the Buyers.
