Tips for a Successful Sale
- Presentation Matters: While we can handle detailing for you (as noted in our fee schedule), bringing items in clean condition helps attract higher bids.
- Documentation: Please bring any relevant titles, manuals, or service records at the time of drop-off to help us provide the most accurate description to buyers.
- Consign Early: The sooner your equipment is on our lot, the sooner it starts working for you. Early consignments benefit from extended marketing exposure, ensuring the maximum number of potential buyers see your items before auction day.
Standard Commission and Fee Structure
Seller shall pay Company for its services in selling its consigned items pursuant to
the following PER ITEM commission schedule:
$0 – $100 = 25%
$101 -$500 = 15%
$501 – $6,250 = 10%
$6,251 – $25,000 = 8%.
$25,001 and above= $2000 max per item
Full Farm line is a straight commission to be agreed upon by Company and seller.
Seller shall also reimburse Company, or pay directly at Company’s discretion, any costs associated with obtaining approval
and release of creditors or lien holders on any consigned item. Seller shall also reimburse Company for repairs or cleanup/
detailing of consigned items Company deems necessary to assist in the sale of a consigned item. Seller authorizes
Company to deduct expenses from Seller’s proceeds.
